First of all Bigg Boss asked every one to gather in the living area and asked them to nominate one of the person among them self, later on after the nomination Bigg Boss select the most nominated person Devender Singh as a captain for the week. He was nominated by 8 house mate and the reason is same of all the nomination that is he is speaking very less and not trying to mix up with everybody.
